I am trained by the University of Pennsylvania in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i). CBT-i is a technique for helping individuals learn how to sleep more and feel better. As part of the 8 week treatment modality, I will guide you through the steps necessary to not only increase the number of hours of sleep you get every night, but also improve the quality of that sleep. Everything is harder when we don’t get enough sleep.
